Tru-fit Products is looking for an accounting clerk. The position includes but is not limited to:

Accounts Receivable

· Send invoices to customer

· Post cash receipts, including ACH, checks and credit cards

· Process credit card payment

· Follow up with customers on unpaid invoices

· Place collection calls and emails

· Research and resolve billing issues

Skills

· Solid understanding of bookkeeping practices and accounting

· Organized and Detail oriented

· Knowledge in Excel, Outlook and accounting software

· Ability to process documents in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
