Tru-fit Products is looking for an accounting clerk.  The position includes but is not limited to:

Accounts Payable

• Process invoices from vendors
• Print check/ACH payments
• Reconcile freight bills
• Work with purchasers to resolve quantity and pricing issues
• Work with vendors to resolve billing issues
• Reconcile vendor statements

Skills

• Solid understanding of bookkeeping practices and accounting
• Organized and Detail oriented
• Knowledge in Excel, Outlook and accounting software
• Ability to process documents in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
